Liz is a registered Homeopathic Practitioner who graduated from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine in 2018. Her inspiration to pursue homeopathy as a career after 20 years in the social good sector, came from her many years’ experience of using complementary medicine as a means to support and maintain health in her own family.
Liz was drawn to homeopathy because of its ability to stimulate a person’s own healing ability. She approaches her work with empathy and believes every person’s unique story and health history contain the vital clues about what their body, mind and spirit need in order to restore health and resilience in order to live with more freedom.
Liz has experience treating a range of health issues including anxiety and depression, digestive disorders, skin issues, PMS, chronic fatigue, back pain and injuries due to sport or occupation.
Liz was born and raised in Guelph, has an honours BA in English Literature from Brock University and raised two sons, now in their twenties. She is a dedicated yogi, cook, auntie, mother, partner and ardent admirer of two amazing step-grandchildren.
